I love indie films, literature, psychology, music, painting, installation art and so on. I like to observe people’s behaviors and interactions or just everything around me. I collect random elements that I find interesting and store them in the back of my mind, then let those mingle and dissolve together; and magically, ideas are born. Haha."

Danny Baldwin is a photographer who is pushing forward the boundaries of his profession. The exhibition he is about to release is called Skin Deep. His eye captured what fashion seemed to dislike in the past: tattooed bodies.
Yves Kortum is a photographer. He was born in Luxembourg in 1969 and he began shooting in 1987; his expertise comes from the field since he left the school of photography where he was studying in Bruxelles. Then, in 1993 he started to work as a freelance fashion photographer. In 2005 he moved to Paris where he specialised in hair photography and now he works for big brands including L'Oréal Professional, RTL, Schwarzkopf, Wella, Davines and Jitrois.
The photographer we had the pleasure to interview for SHOT this time, seems to be not afraid to try, challenge himself in different moods and pictures, so that every editorial is a different editorial, every story tells us something different. And in fact it’s really hard to be dissatisfied by the results, from our part.
His images are full of strong feelings, even if they’re just pictures you could feel that sensation of a fist in the stomach and also the softest concepts can steal your eyes.
My background is somewhat unusual since I come from an industrial setting, I worked for several years the profession of designer mechanical designer, which of course does not have much in common with photography, as if everything leads to everything ...
