Hello Fabrice, welcome to shot magazine and thank you for your availability. Can you describe yourself to our audience and to tell us what you photograph?
Hello SHOT, my background is somewhat unusual since I come from an industrial setting, I worked for several years the profession of designer mechanical designer, which of course does not have much in common with photography, as if everything leads to everything ...
I am fascinated by the image in various forms since I was young. I started to realize some personal drawings and sketches, first sketch, then the computer tool, I hung by my job. Yarn needle, the desire to reconnect with photography, which I was already briefly interested me many years ago, has directly led me to test alterations and launched the machine. Photography is a passion out.
What according to you is the woman in the photograph?
I think it is the same person as in life. Therefore I try to be reflected an aspect of the personality of each model that I have the chance to photograph grabbing his look, his attitude, his body language."
Who is Fabrice Keusch in his private life?
I define myself as someone tormented, not easy to get back permanently in question, rather than wearing the same. I do a lot of work right now and for quite some time, so I did, between the photo and work, not much time for me or for leisure.
Strasbourg, your hometown, is it that made ?? You become the man and the photographer you are today?
Not easy to answer this question. Unconsciously maybe that it helped but I do not really notes the influence, or my character or my work. Should ask my friends.
Would you give some advice to those who want to enter the fashion world?
With a passion for me, it became obvious to be part of that environment, but I think we should be aware that this is not simply a job . This is a life apart that because of these professions that is immersed in 100 % of the time. Were not ended and do not talk about more than that, everything connected with it. Can therefore speak of a passion, as I think in most of the artistic professions.
Fabrice we arrived at the end of this interview. It was a real pleasure to have you with us. Good luck for your future.
